Public Transportation: Take a Keelung Transportation Corp. or Taipei Transportation Corp. bus from Taipei city to "Jiufen Old Street" station (approx. 1.5-2 hours). Frequent services are available. For example, take bus No. 1062 from Exit 2 of Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station to Jiufen directly. From Zhongxiao MRT Station to Jiufen Old Street, the journey takes about 90 minutes and the fare is about NT$101. If you want to go to Jinguashi, you can also take this bus.
